I had one dream when planning the Malaysia Trip: The real rainforest. 

And in Sabah it became true. It was quite a journey....another flight from Kota Kinabalu. A 2-h bus ride. Deeper into the jungle by boat. And the last distance was covered by walking.

And finally the destination: Tungog Lodge in plain nature...no running water. No electricity.  No Internet. 3 days upcoming with hikes and safaris and boat trips.
